Sundance Screenwriting Class Completed!

Happy Female Filmmaker Friday! Been a while since I’ve posted one of these, but I just got my certificate from Sundance for completing the Horror Screenplay course!

Wow! What can I say… AMAZING class ladies and gentlemen. If they offer the class again, I highly recommend applying! First off, passionate artists from all around the world and amazing instructors who’s knowledge and passion knew no bounds for the horror genre. I was absolutely spell-bounded every class and constantly learning new material with every lecture and discussion. It was one of those experiences where you learn so much DEPTH to topic you already love that you feel like you’ve pulled a curtain away to see the true workings of film and screenwriting. Sort of like, “knowing how the sausage is made” but being utterly in awe of the technical difficulty and beauty of crafting a story for screen.

I am ALMOST done with the screenplay I have been working on through the course and hope to finish by the end of the year. Few more weeks so wish me luck!!!
